First edition. 8vo. 8 pp. Includes the constitution, the act of incorporation list of officers, the secretary s and treasurer s report, and list of subscribers and donors. Formed in the wake of a yellow fever epidemic in 1839. Not in Ellison or Owen. Apparently not recorded on OCLC. Plain yellow wrappers (later?, stitched, inscription torn from head of title, one ink manuscript addition to text, persistent light foxing). Still a good copy.
