About 25 pages have a half-inch water stain at top edge, not affecting text or map. VG or better. Includes sections on The Treatment of the Drowned (with illustrations), The Prevention of Kerosene Accidents, The Dietetic Value of Wine, Beer, and Other Alcoholic Beverages, and The Causes of Ill Health Among Women. The premiere edition of this report, complete with map, issued after the Board of Health was created by the RI Legislature in 1877. No copies found in OCLC or auction records.
