Folio, 25pp, [7]pp appendix and index, four maps in pocket at the rear, complete. A good copy in publisher�s cloth, limited to 200 copies. Lower inner corners stained, on cover and prelims, but not the main text. The author Edward Lynam�s own copy with his bookplate on the front pastedown.
