4to, [204]pp; cloth. One of just 75 copies issued with an original photograph loosely inserted. The photograph here is titled "Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, 1936" and it appear on p. 116 of the book. The print is numbered 8/75 in ink and has the Evans estate stamp at the lower margin. Very good copy in moderately rubbed dust jacket and publisher's slipcase, lightly sunstruck.
