This hardcover is good but very freckled/speckled and faded, the contents are in very good condition, page edges are moderately soiled and darkened, UNTIL you get to page 125 then insects have damaged the upper corners badly and several of the lower corners. the name of the first owner is on the fly leaf in a lovely hand. He lived at Cowling , Illinois a small berg in southern Wabash County, IL near the Wabash River.
