Item description from seller

Some contemporary pen and pencil notes in this 44-page lesson book, some gray smudges to one page that do not obscure print, and an open tear through the margins at the bound corners of pp.21-24; the cover and pages show creasing through the upper free corners, and the cover also shows a long crease and some ink spots on the rear, additional corner folds, radiant creases along the spine, and some chipping and wear around edges, but if you don't mind some notes in lovely penmanship plus the chords being marked in two lessons on primary triads, this book remains functional and charming.
