THis book is in very good condition. There are corner knocks but no tears or stains. The jacket is in good condition and is not stained but is torn on the upper front edge. This book draws on first-hand accounts of the story of contact between the native and settled people of North America. The information comes from diary excerpts, legends and histories passed down through tribal story tellers, letters and other source materials.
