Volume II: [iv], i-vi, 1-241. Dark orange card wrappers, with black cloth book binding tape. Tape at top and bottom of spine is torn, revealing quires underneath, but remains tightly bound. Some minor staining and creasing.
Volume III: [vi], i-iv, pp. 1-262. Dark orange/brown card wrappers bound with black cloth book binding tape. Binding tape at bottom of spine is torn, revealing quires beneath, but still tightly bound. Small area of highlighting on page 2. Large area of fading or discolouration on the front and back covers.
