Not held institutionally by any library.In two parts, being the first and second course. Each part has its own title page and index.Containing various interesting recipes and methods, such as boiling, grilling, steaming, baking, and measuring. Including recipes for tapioca pudding, toad in the hole, poor man's goose, various cakes, and many other both sweet and savoury dishes. In the original publisher's cloth binding. Externally very smart with only minor shelf wear and a slight fading to the cloth of the spine. Internally, firmly bound. The pages present a minor spotting to the occasional leaf, although they are generally clean throughout with only a touch of age toning, as usual due to the type of paper used. Very Good.
