First edition (hardback). 8vo (22cm by 16cm), [xv], 71pp, 15pp catalogue (dated 1894). Original green boards. The spine is worn (half of the backstrip is missing), there is some tanning of the contents, and several pages are unopened. Overall, a fair copy of a fragile and uncommon item, of which only 500 copies were printed.
