Learn to tie terrestrials, dry flies, bass flies, nymphs, poppers, and saltwater flies Long-awaited book by well-known fly tier Fishy Fullum With an artist's deft touch, Fishy Fullum presents 27 original, innovative, and effective fly patterns. Each fly was designed to be tier friendly, using a few readily available materials and taking less time and skill to tie than more elaborate ties. Materials lists, step-by-step tying instructions, and introductions describing the fly give all the necessary help for tying these simple yet unusual flies.
Jay "Fishy" Fullum retired from the newspaper business--writing the outdoor columns for the Troy Record and Albany Times Union--and has since been writing, drawing, and photographing articles in "American Angler" and "Fly Tyer" magazines. He gives fly-tying demonstrations in classes and seminars and is a featured tier and lecturer at the International Fly Tying Symposium in Somerset, New Jersey.
