Maroon buckram with gilt lettering on spine. Top edge gilt, other edges are rough-trimmed. Light toning to endpapers. The five nations are Great Britain and the colonies Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the Cape Colony. This volume contains a selection of Kipling's best poems: "The Sea and the Hills," "The Bell Buoy," Cruisers," "The Destroyers," "White Horses," "The Second Voyage," "The Broken Men, and " The Truce of the Bear". Light spotting to half-title page, gilt top edge is dulled. A tight copy in very good condition without fading.
