A bit of age-darkening, and just a bit of light soil to the board cloth; but overall, fairly clean. Very slight spine twist. Page edges and endpapers are a bit age-darkened. There is a 1/2" tear on the front pastedown at the hinges. Else the pages are a bit age-toned, but clean. Illustrated with B&W photos.
