New York: Bantam Books, 1992. Publisher's original green paper-covered boards over black cloth spine, lettered in gilt; pp. xxi, [1], 311, [2]. A near fine copy in an about near fine, unclipped dust jacket. Binding remains tight and sturdy, minimal wear to boards with a touch of rubbing to spine, a few minor smudges to edge of text block. Jacket shows just traces of shelfwear, sunning to spine. A very presentable copy, protected in archival mylar.
