xxi, 346p., illustrated with a sober frontis portrait, hardbound first edition in red cloth boards gilt, and enclosed in the dust jacket. The book itself bears very faint signs of handling to endsheets, while dj margins have picked up a few inches of impacted dust; item is otherwise entirely sound, cleanly and unmarked.
