Very Good+ in a Very Good dustjacket. Bound in full blue cloth. Both the spine and the front board are stamped in gilt. Octavo. 'Map of the Mediterranean' endpapers. 320pps. Much of the gilt has been rubbed from the spine. Also, a previous owner has written his name on the ffep. Otherwise clean, bright, square, and soundly bound. All tips are sharp. The text is immaculate; no apparent reading wear. The dustjacket, glossy in a mylar sleeve, has modest rubbing wear at the extremities and a 1/4" closed tear at the top of the front panel; the original price is intact.
