First US edition first printing of this novel. No mention of edition on the publication page. No dust jacket. The bottom tip of the spine has a 1/2 inch tear and the head of the spine has been bumped and lost 1/2 inch of cloth. There are a couple of small spots of soiling on the first free end page. We started selling books at the Toronto Book Fair in the Fall of 1996. In 2004 we opened up a Brick and Mortar store on the corner of Lakeshore and Bronte. We unfortunately only lasted for 2 years. Then we closed the B&M and moved everything back home. We continue to do book shows such as the Bouchercon, Bloody Words, The Toronto Book Fair, The Ottawa Antiquarian Show and Thrillerfest.
