On old fashioned murder mystery with ghosts revealing life on a Southern plantation featuring clever 'negroes' and their ancestral 'ha'nt'. Book is tight and clean. Binding and hinges are sound. Pages and endpapers are clean. Attractive illustrated boards with clean endpapers and pages. Uncommon original DJ shows open chips but remains attractive and desirable.
