1st edition, first printing hardcover in red cloth boards with gilt titles and Huntsman taking a 5 bar gate while another waits on cover. Personal volume of Horseman, Huntsman J. Stanley Reeve with his tasteful armorial bookplate on the inside frt cover. Crossed whip/horn, fox mask and hound on book backstrip. Tips bumped with cloth chipped at spine ends and at lower board tips. No writing or soil in the 262pp text with top edge gilt and untrimmed edges. Hinge papers fine, some moderate foxing throughout, few pages rippled in spots, but has no funky smells. A favorite companion by the fireside for any sportsman. Seller Inventory # 48814
