Leicht berieben. Hall, Basilikum 1788 - 1844, britischer Marineoffizier und Reisender. Im Service von 1802 - 1823, unternahm er auf Anordnung wissenschaftliche Reisen und Forschungen. Seine Reisen brachten ihn unter anderen nach Corea, Chile, Peru, Mexiko usw. In den Jahren 1831 -33 erschien jeweils eine Reihe mit 3 Bänden unter dem hier genannten Titel. Vorhanden sind hier die ersten Jahrgänge 1831 und 1832 in Erstausgabe. Behandelt werden u.a. die Länder; Bermudas, Nova Scotia, Spanien, Madeira, Indien usw. Jeder Band mit einer Stahlstich Vignette auf dem Titel und 1 gefaltete Tabelle. Die Titel stockfleckig, sonst sehr sauber. In englischer Sprache. He s jorney s took him to Chorea, Chile, Peru and Mexico and so on. In the years of 1831-33 was in print a range of three volumes, in case of that named title. At hand are here the first volumes of 1831 and 1832 in first issue. Treated were here the countries; Bermudas, Nova Scotia, Spain, Madeira and India. Everey volume with a steel engraving vignette on the title and also 1 folded table. The titles are foxed, in other respects clean.
