On the title page is a US postage stamp (25 cents) commemorating the 100th anniversary of Wyoming's statehood on July 10, 1890. The stamp is franked with an official USPS Laramie WY Post Office cancel. CONTENT: A colorful history of Laramie, Wyoming.
