James William Foley (1874-1939) was born in Missouri, but raised in North Dakota. He is considered the unofficial poet laureate of North Dakota. He wrote the lyrics for North Dakota's official state song. This is a book of his humor poems. Previous owner name stamp on bottom page edges. Front cover a bit rubbed.
