About the Author
Kamil Sh. Zigangirov holds the Chair of Telecommunication Theory at Lund University, Sweden. He is widely published in the areas of information theory, coding theory, detection theory, and mathematical statistics. Dr. Zigangirov is the inventor of the stack algorithm for sequential decoding.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
We offer a choice of media mail (when applicable), first class, priority and/or expedited whenever possible. Choices for shipping methods vary and will appear at checkout (as well as additional opportunities to purchase insurance, extra insurance, etc.). All domestic orders include tracking.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

All international orders include tracking and insurance. Expedited orders generally ship via USPS, DHL or Priority Mail International depending on the destination. Consolidated shipping is usually via Asendia or a similar, reliable carrier.

As of 2026, the EU has added a new customs duty on every parcel entering the Union.
