Oversize volume bound in flexible leather lettered in gitl to cover and unlettered at spine, as issued. Narrative history of the large and well situated chemicals corporation founded by William Nichols, that was incorporated shortly after this history into a conglomerate that would become Allied Signal. Leather a little chipped and worn at edges. Contents bright and fresh. Details history of divisions and expansion, infrastructure including mines, processing faciliteies, labs, transportation and loading resources, financila results etc etc. A substantial number of b&w photos on glossy stock appended at rear.
