Dated Oct 3rd, 1876, Albany Oregon. Weatherford was an Oregon State Assemblyman and 3 time State Senator. He was a prominent early Oregon personality and even has a Wikipedia page! Included are two short typed explanatory letters from a descendent. Unique! ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall.
