This 1957 book aims to extend the text of our Modern Arithmetic Parts 1 and 2 to cover fully the syllabus of work set down for the Intermediate Certificate course in New South Wales, and has been compiled in response to numerous requests from users of our earlier publications. In fact, these earlier books have been almost entirely absorbed in the making of this text. **there are a couple of pages with tiny tick marks against some exercises and the cover, front and back, have fading (see photo).
