Very good copy of the first edition. No dust jacket. Larger size book, 8.5 inches x 11 inches. 70 pages.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Our default shipping method is a cardboard box with bubble wrap and other protective packing materials. Domestic shipping rates are based on books weighing 2.2 lbs. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Multiple volume sets may also incur additional shipping charges. International shipping rates are based on book and packaging weighing 2 lbs or less.
