Read more about : Callibaetis, tippet, monofilament, ten pound test leader, drift stage, Miramichi Bomber, Black Practitioner, and Water Boatman. Steve Carter contributed the b/w drawings - some as detailed as the one called Red Shoulder. The front cover photo is of the author fishing on Hatheume Lake at sunrise. Volume tight and bright and square. Minimal wear amd soiling. No marks in textblock. Quote (p. 49) : " After more than twenty-five years of stillwater fly fishing, I can safely say bigger fish prefer to feed in bottom regions. I can handle your credit card transactions ONLY through the ABE.commerce program. PAYPAL is also a workable option. We under rate the condition of our books, build cardboard shipping sleeves for protected shipping and respond promptly to requests and queries. Shipping and handling on all books is at the expense of the purchaser, and is often in the $12.95 per item range. Book weight and volume purchases will alter these conditions. We will be happy to re-quote books in Canadian dollars for local buyers and to arrange local `hand-offs'of purchases, if you prefer.
