Second British printing, July 1954 (first printing was June 1954). No jacket. Illustrated by the author. Red boards with (little faded) gold lettering to spine are very good with a little pushing/bumping to corners, the odd small mark, minor browning to spine, a little patchy rubbing to edges, the odd small bump and a little pushing/rubbing/fading to head/tail of spine. Minor spine lean. Pages are generally clean and the binding is tight. Previous owner's name and date in pen to front blank page. Couple of marks to lower corner of pages. Pages bit tanned. Odd small mark/minor foxing to page edges, tops and bottoms. Very occasional small mark/spot of foxing to pages. No other faults. All books described honestly and accurately. Paypal accepted.
