Handsomely bound publisher's original green cloth, covers and spine richly blocked in gilt to an all-over Art Nouveau design by Laurence Housman, all edges gilt. Illustrated throughout with full-page plates, vignettes, and an elaborate pictorial title by Housman. Condition: VERY GOOD. Gilt decoration exceptionally strong. Moderate spotting to endpapers, as commonly encountered; contents and text otherwise nice and clean throughout. Binding sound and secure. Bookplate to front pastedown. An excellent copy of a highly desirable edition.
