Apparent first edition in pictorial cloth. Boards marked (mostly at the rear) and rubbed about the edges, most notably with some of the tail/fore corner of the front board rubbed away. Tanned, inscribed at the opening, with the odd fleck and thumb mark and the binding now a little slack but all clear and sound. A decent copy. Good condition is defined as: a copy that has been read but remains in clean condition. All of the pages are intact and the cover is intact and the spine may show signs of wear.
