Prices are net in US Dollars. Shipping is billed at cost. All books are offered subject to prior sale. Payment can be via Credit Card, PayPal, or Checks made payable to: William Matthews. All items are returnable; kindly notify us in advance of imminent returns. International Orders other than to the USA will no longer be sent via surface mail. All international orders must have tracking, due to a spate of missing parcels and refund demands.
