book. PAYMENT: We accept checks, money orders or credit card payments thru
ABE. Foreign orders should be in U.S. funds on a U.S. bank. Wyoming residents
please add 5% sales tax or forward a tax ID number. Libraries and Instutions
can be billed according to their needs. SHIPPING for domestic orders: Shipping and handling is $4.50 for the first book Bookrate, $15.00 priority and $3.00 for each additional volume. Very large or extra heavy books may incur an additional fee. Express mail and UPS sevices are available. For international orders, shipping and handling is calculated individually. E-mail us with address if you would like to know before purchasing. RETURNS: All books may be returned at buyers expense in the original condition for any reason within two weeks with prior notification.
