Olive cloth backstrip over mottled brown paper covered boards with titles stamped in black on front, spine with title label (Part I;) stamped in black (Part II.) Gift inscription in ink on Part I front free endpaper. Spine label chipped and cloth sunned (Part I,) edges rubbed, offsetting to endpapers, a few pencil annotations. Second and third volumes in the Pencil Points Library issued by Eugene Clute's architectural publishing enterprise which also produced Pencil Points: A Journal for the Drafting Room beginning in 1920.Intended for schools and working draftsmen, Knobloch's clear, well-organized plates were based on actual construction drawings from several architectural offices.
