Lightly soiled, first and first pages a little loose, manuscript and clipped recipes added, MISSING ONE PAGE OF THE INDEX, but not bad. Press of the Pacific Coast Publishing Co, Santa Barbara, Calif, 1909. 8vo. Pp. 256. Frontis. photo ("The Mountain Drive") is preceded by a section of black and white photos showing the Santa Barbara Country Club, the Potter Hotel, the Santa Barbara Mission, etc. Spine with slight, superficial cracks along joints, with edges of cover a bit rubbed. Endpapers age-toned.
