Half black calf leather binding with marbled boards. Spine has five raised bands, red morocco title label, gilt decorated compartments. Marbled page edges and endpapers. Rubbing to edges of leather, slight wear to corners. Boards rubbed and have chipping to edges. Good solid binding with no cracking to joints. Foxing throughout text, heavy in places, water staining to the plates and occasionally to the text. Articles include: Celestial Measurings and Weighings (by Sir John F.W.
