Scarce and very useful cookbook -- one of the first to emphasize a low-fat approach to gourmet preparation and consumption. Near-Fine condition 1st Edition/1st Printing hardcover in Very Good condition dust jacket. The book has just two very minor defects: the name and address of the previous owner stamped on the front pastedown and very slight rub wear to top/bottom edges of spine. It is otherwise completely clean and free of wear or damage. The dust jacket is price-clipped and shows some very slight soiling. It has a little wear along the edges but no chips or tears exceeding about 1/8". We will wrap this classic cookbook in bubble-wrap and will ship it in a sturdy box to ensure safe delivery.
