xi preliminaries including gilt decorative title page and decoration to main title page and dedication page, 31 pp text, 6 plates A - G, 54 of 58 plates ( lacks 8, 12, 17 and 18 ) some with colour some with gilt. There are decorative card covers to 4 parts - as the all pages plates and covers are loose leaves it is not clear how the book was originally divided I understand it was in sections of 15 plates. - there is a partial page of advertisement on blue papers. All covers are worn and rubbed with eroded corners, almost all pages show some tanning and edge wear, some shows tears and eroded corners, a couple have significant loss at edges and a couple have tears which reach the printed area, colour plate 35 is stained and rubbed. Overall a battered copy but retaining the origin covers to it's publication in parts. Heavy book will need extra postage outside UK. Seller Inventory # 043339
