Hardback book published for 'The Crime Club' in 1955 for Collins. Pages are in good condition with some light browning around some edges. OPening pages and boards have some usual foxing and browning and opening page has a pen signature from previous owner. Top of covering boards have some light fading. DJ does have a fair amount of wear with rips along all of the edges, at the top and base of the spine and at corners. The back of DJ is somewhat grubby and the front of DH has crease marks in various places.
