He studied at the Brighton College of Art, before moving to London to work as a lettering artist and typographer for advertising agencies, later becoming the head of Birmingham School of Printing. A disbound card folder containing the text and twelve coloured prints (nine plates), with the original dust wrapper, unpriced. With the original glassine intact. Externally, excellent, with minor shelf wear. Ownership bookplate of one Eric Sweet to the front pastedown of the card folder. Dust wrapper is very smart, with minor spots to the rear and edge wear, most notable to the spine head and tail. Internally, disbound, with bright and clean pages. Near Fine.
