First edition, very good condition hardcover with gilt edged dark blue boards, no dust jacket, and gilt embossed decorations and titles to the spine, with complementary marbled page block, pastedowns and endpapers. Includes colour frontispiece, plates, illustrations and two fold out colour maps A few scuffs and score marks to the boards, and corners are a little bumped. Light foxing on the first and last few pages which are otherwise clear, and binding is sound. LW.
