Hardcover, issued without a jacket, this is Volume 4 only, there are a few minor flaws to this clean, attractive copy, the pages in the last section have either a tiny corner-crease at the top or a mild edge-crease at the top and a publishing mishap has left a few small spots of printer's ink on pages 293 & 304: two are in the margins and three in the text that affect a few single letters but the words are easily read, there is also a mild, tiny edge-crease at top of the spine.
