The Growing Story was written by Ruth Krauss and illustrated by Phyllis Rowand. The book was published by Harper & Row, Publishers in 1947. It is an early edition . . . but not a First Edition, probably a 1960's reprint. It's not an ex-library copy and is in very good condition but has no dust jacket. (It DOES have the name of a previous owner printed "neatly" on the title page . . . Krissy. The book is 7 3/4" by10 1/4" and has about 30 colorfully illustrated pages with interesting four- and five-color illustrations throughout. Thank you.
