Prefaced with a printed letter from the office of Lewis Cutrer, mayor of the city at the time, enthusiastically promoting the city and its many amenities. Approx. 9" x 11 1/4" size; illustrated glazed-paper covered cardstock boards with plastic comb-style binding. A little tips, edge-wear to the covers; in very good condition.
