Pp.: xi + 234. Prepared for the 57th Annual Session of the American Medical Association, June 1906. Illustated w. b & w photographs; line drawings, and maps. Front wrap and half-title page loose, but holding. Wraps soiled. Two inch vertical strip of wrap along spine torn, from head dowward. Red pencil marks in margins of a few pages. Fore-edges soiled from handling. A guide-book of Boston for the use of doctors attending the A.M.A. conference in 1906. Includes a short history of the sections of the city w/ photos of historic sites, etc. Of special interest, are the many illustrated medical advertisements in rear of booklet, and a section devoted to very reasonable hotel rates.
