The book has very minor soiling covers, no previous owner marks or writing on any pages, no foxing, solid binding. The usually missing map has a few crease marks, tiny clean splitting in places (not bad), no marks or writing on it. The book measures 178mm tall x 110mm and has 270 pages, several b/w photos, large folding map loosely inserted as issued. The map is illustrated on both sides.
