A neat small book which is a guide to cricket: its history; how to play the game; how to score it; its laws; the fielding positions; hints on bowling and batting; and management of a match. Eight illustrations clarify the text as regards batting, bowling etc. In good condition overall except for a small hole affecting the inner part of pages 105-107, caused by one of the illustrations being inserted with too much adhesive in production. Thus, overall in fair condition - wear to bottom right of front cover; corners and spine somewhat bumped; retail label neatly on inside rear cover; some damage at rear side of spine.
