30 day return guarantee, with full refund including shipping costs for up to
30 days after delivery if an item arrives misdescribed or damaged. Any fault
should be registered within 7 days of receipt giving the reason(s)for the
complaint.

Orders usually ship within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on an average book weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required. Shipping times cannot be guaranteed. They are only estimates based on the carriers' delivery times, and do not include Customs processing. If your order will pass through Customs, please expect a delay. In all cases, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the correct address is entered on their order. Lufabill cannot not be responsible for any postal service irregularities such as (for example)inability to find an address or failure to notify a recipient that a parcel was unable to be delivered for whatever reason.
