Small closed tears up and down front hinge. Water damage has warped back cover and back several pages, water staining can be seen inside covers and on several pages throughout. Heavy wear to gutters has caused surface tears to inside of hinges. Inscribing on inside back cover in red and black marker. Pages and print are age toned and water stained but still legible. This book is a rare first edition in fair condition and would make a great reading copy or addition to any collection.
