JOSEPH H. BOYETT, PhD, is cofounder and Partner of Boyett & Associates, an Atlanta-based consulting and research firm specializing in helping companies implement state-of-the-art management and organizational practices. He has been a consultant to a number of Fortune 500 companies, including IBM, British Petroleum, Merck, EDS, and BellSouth.
